Force Enterprises houses a diverse blend of offset and digital equipment, full binding and finishing, along with comprehensive lettershop/mailing services, in our state-of-the-art, 27,000 square foot facility in Tinley Park, IL. just 20 minutes south of downtown Chicago.

We print sheet-fed on numerous presses including a 40” Komori 5-color Lithrone with Aqueous Coating, a 28” Komori 5 color Lithrone, a Ryobi 3304 4-color for business cards and stationary along with several 2-color presses and duplicators.  This wide-range of conventional sheet-fed equipment ensures that your project, no matter the size, will be produced cost-effectively and at the highest standards in the industry.

We also offer state-of-the art digital print solutions, with our NexPress 2500, featuring a sheet size up to 14” x 26”.  The NexPress 2500 provides Coating, White Ink, and Dimensional Printing options, and can handle any and all manner of Variable Data and Variable Imaging demands.

As it is our philosophy to keep all work in house to ensure that our stringent quality standards are maintained, we have a complete Bindery. We offer the latest technology in computerized paper cutters and folders. We can collate, score, drill, perforate, laminate, UV-coat, perfect-bind, and saddle-stitch, giving us the ability to produce any and all matter of periodicals and publications.

Specialty services include, but are not limited to: thermography, die-making/cutting, foil-stamping and embossing.  Complete in-house mailing services, warehousing, kitting and fulfillment seal the deal, making Force Enterprises the most comprehensive source for print and marketing solutions in the Chicago-land area.  In short, we can handle any and all of your print and marketing needs.

Force Enterprises is a G-7 Certified Master Printer.  G7 is an internationally recognized methodology for calibrating printing presses and proofing systems. It raises the bar on color matching performance and guarantees that you are working with only the best printers in the marketplace.

To achieve the elite G7 Certification, a printer must complete a rigorous qualification and training process and then pass a complex examination, which is administered annually, to ensure they meet and exceed the highest global industry standards.

On September 1^th, 2018, Force Enterprises became a Union Shop, (Allied #4020, GCC/IBT #1457M), making us one of three printers in the state of Illinois that are both Union and G7 certified, ensuring not only the highest global industry standards but the quality and craftsmanship of the Allied Printing Trades as well.
